4 stars because it is not made in USA. I really like these hats, good material and finish. The material inside is not as thin "paper" as the material in others. I sweat at 110+ and they absorb sweat well. They shrink with washing and drying, so I buy them a little larger.

Works great, looks good, no cone head. It's probably worth ordering a size or two larger than you need or measuring around the top of your ears. I measured my head and got a 7 1/4, but the hat I originally got was quite narrow. Went up two sizes to this one and it covers the top of my ears and fits perfectly, just a little loose. I've been doing a lot of metal gas arc welding lately, often out of place. Sparks and explosives are flying everywhere and they're all hot. Twice I got a roll in my ear that damaged my eardrum.
