Terrible product and support

The customer service for this product is terrible. Since the beginning of the year when I bought it, I've had problems like "built-in wifi" is NOT working. Apple Play fails to connect from time to time and it's only been with the screen for a couple of months and there seems to be dust in the screen. Terrible product
