I bought this for my 2005 330Ci. There are 2-3 small scratches on the surface, it looks like it was painted in non-sterile environment; when drying, small dust particles fell on it. It's very flimsy, like I could pry it off the hood with one hand using moderate force. There is also a 1/4 inch gap between the grilles and the hood so the fit is poor as well. 2 stars because otherwise it looks like it could be made out of decent material and if it even fits right I wouldn't mind a crappy paint finish.
