Actually I would like to say that I am very satisfied with the product itself. It goes well together. Very nice tight stitching on the edges. The pillow is very nice, big and flat. Just perfect for my needs. I really like the wrap of the line and the fact that it is chew resistant and doesn't tangle. Well, at least it's not for me. Also, I've found that placing the cable coming out of the corner and attaching it properly is safe. Buy a 2.5-3 inch washer that compresses on either side of the pad and holds the cable securely in place. The pillow is easy to clean and you can easily disinfect it, rub it, put it in the sun to kill bacteria and the puppy footprints are really adorable. I used it for my guinea pigs. It worked so well. But I found that at 85 degrees I don't feel any heat so I went up to 95, 110, 120 and now I'm at 130 but it's not even warm. Guinea pigs have a delicate but extremely sensitive physique. They don't sweat, burp, fart or vomit lol and it's ideal for them to keep the temperature between 65-75 degrees at all times. I'm up north in an old house 🥶🧊❄️☃️🌨
