Dirty Seconds! for suits and wetsuits

As soon as I unpacked it, I could tell that my suit was being returned because of a broken zipper. The pocket was open and the suit fell half out. No tags. There is no packing list. And the zipper was completely open. I couldn't even try on the costume. Had to go back immediately. Now I'm waiting and hoping the replacement is better and comes in time for my race.
