This harness is good and fits my 16 lb cat well but he still doesn't like being tied up doesn't matter how many times i try to put it on, it always hisses and bites. After I finally got him inside and took him outside, he was struggling to get off the edge of the yard because he used to be a street cat. When he tried to pull the leash to push him back, he got angry, tried to bite again, and refused to be picked up. I literally had to pull him in the house on a leash. He's usually a very affectionate cat, but when it comes to outdoor walks, he tries to assert himself. The quality of the leash and harness is excellent, they are suitable for anyone who doesn't have a cat with an attitude like mine.
