I liked that this harness is light. My cat had no problem putting it on her. We had some adjustment problems. It seemed too tight in places and too loose in others (we got a big one). She cleaned and hooked one of her lower fangs into the web. She struggled helplessly with it and I had to remove it from her tooth. Since then I've been afraid to wear a harness on her.

I ordered a small one because my cat is long and skinny. However; Unless you have a very small cat (perhaps a cat that is still growing) I would suggest a medium. The little one is really tiny and the clasps won't fit most underarm cats. This part of the harness cannot be adjusted in length. The waist part can be largely adjusted.
