This would be a 5 star rating because the bike rack was great and worked great when I was able to use it. After this use I tried to remove the locking pin from my hitch receiver and it was very difficult, it took me several attempts to finally unlock it in order to remove the carrier from my machine. Unfortunately, this was the only time I was able to unlock the lock with the tiller pin, which is now locked indefinitely and the key won't move. The same applies to one of the levers that hold the bike in place - the lock does not turn. The rack was great for a fat tire e-bike, but these poor locks now render the rack completely unusable and unable to attach to my hitch. The best locks make this bike rack exceptional! Out of 3 locks (coupling lock and 2 bike carrier locks) only 1 lock works.
