The marketing worked better than the product
I like this product but I think the marketing and packaging makes it seem better than it is. The packaging is beautiful and is ascetically pleasing but for long term use it’s not the beat option. Because it’s a foam it makes your pad pretty wet. The last thing you want is more moisture. It did provide cooling relief but the bactine with lidocaine worked much better and was multi purpose. I didn’t end up finishing my bottle and just used the bactine.
