Don't pay full price for it. It's just how it is in my opinion. I've been looking for a witch for a long time to match the cauldron decoration I made. The overall idea is great, but leaves a lot to be desired. The witch has no dress/body. It's just her coat. And a thin piece of cloth that hung around her neck. The cloak was even taped around her arms to form sleeves. I didn't like it at all that it made her hang weird. I bought it outright, expecting to have to adjust it a bit after reading other reviews. If you are a smart person, you can get it at a reduced price. I would buy again. I went to Goodwill and bought an old prom dress and cut it to make a 'dress' out of it after subtracting the cape she had for sleeves and adding lightbulbs in the middle. Plus, it sounds great and the eyes light up, which is a plus. It has to be "pushed" to provoke.
