Review on ZYLISS Original Cheese Grater White by Luke Einarson

I was very disappointed to find that this did not work with my block of hard cheddar cheese. The holes in the grater are so small that the pieces of cheese just get stuck in the barrel, i.e. fall in lumps at best, not splash. The Zyliss Pampered Chef grater had larger holes and was perfect for the job. This model features design improvements over the Pampered Chef that improve durability such as: B. An improved handle design that is less likely to break. It also has a lid for storing shredded cheese in the barrel, which is especially useful if you use grated cheese throughout the day (it sticks to the grated barrel after a while). I'd happily give five stars if Zyliss supplied two graters, including one with larger holes for softer cheeses like cheddar, jack, mozzarella, etc.
