Easy to install requires a bolt finder, drill and small ladder. Drill the center mount first and secure with a screw, then line up and mark/drill the 2 remaining holes. Remove the mounting plate from the bracket by loosening the locking nut, attach the plate to the TV, and then have one person hold the TV while the other reinstalls the locking nut. Place your TV close to the ceiling for a better, glare-free view. It's a two person job mounting the TV on your arm, but it works great with my 40 inch LCD.
