The product description says 'fits most 32 inch TVs'. I'm guessing our new 32 inch Toshiba TV wasn't one of the 'best'. We had to go to Best Buy where we bought the TV to get the right mount, so we spent the money to buy this one. It seems to be of good quality but if you're going to buy it make sure your TV is compatible.

OK but the TV is held in place by a screw where it pivots up and down. However, it seems safe. It's a little tricky to tighten this center screw when you remove it for easier installation by first putting the bracket on the TV and then connecting to the bracket. The instructions on how to properly assemble the TV are a bit vague. However, it fits the TV perfectly and seems to work well. We have a 40 inch TV.

Works as described with no problems. Bought for a 32" flat panel LG Electronics 32LF500B 32" 720p LED TV (2015 model) weighing about 16 pounds. Initially, I did not receive a free HDMI cable as advertised. But after contacting them, they quickly sent it to me overnight. That's real customer service. Overall this is a really good mount and I would recommend it and the company that sold it.

Easy to install requires a bolt finder, drill and small ladder. Drill the center mount first and secure with a screw, then line up and mark/drill the 2 remaining holes. Remove the mounting plate from the bracket by loosening the locking nut, attach the plate to the TV, and then have one person hold the TV while the other reinstalls the locking nut. Good quality mount except for the tilt bracket that attaches the TV mount to the wall mount. It's not as sturdy or heavy as the rest of the device. There is only one screw and large plastic nut that is hand tightened to bolt the TV to your arm. After installation, the TV slid down from the angle I chose and I had to remove and reinstall it. I removed the rubber bushing and it worked better. I think this part should be redone.

I ordered two, they came quickly but there were no HDMI cables in either bracket as advertised. I called customer service and spoke to a woman who had such a thick Indian accent that I could barely make out what she was saying. At the end of a long, tedious conversation, she said I could send it back or take out a 20% loan. Very good value for money. Good for wall mounting LG 32" flat screen TVs. Excellent stretch and versatility. Can move in almost any direction except up and down but has a tilting function. I used this to mount a 24 inch LG TV to a basement bar. Durable, adjustable and multiple VESA mounting options. Great mount for a smaller TV and very reasonably priced. Only criticism is that the bracket blocks the HDMI port on the back of the TV.
