I removed the rubber bushing and things got better. I think this part should be redesigned.
Good quality mount except for the tilt bracket that attaches the TV mount to the wall mount. It's not as sturdy or heavy as the rest of the device. There is only one screw and large plastic nut that is hand tightened to bolt the TV to your arm. After installation, the TV slid down from the angle I chose and I had to remove and reinstall it. I removed the rubber bushing and it worked better. I think this part should be redone.
