I love the concept of the grater and the drip tray is great. The grater produces a fairly fine grate, sometimes too fine for what I wanted. I think that's because they tried to put a double grille on one side, in other words you grind as you move up and down. If you're looking for long bars of product, this might not be for you unless you're good at rub, tear and start over. Since it rubs in both directions, it also works very quickly, but then you really have to be careful not to get your fingers near the blades. I will only use a kitchen brush to clean these as it will tear through my double mesh kitchen sponge. Would you like to offer this concept but with a standard grater!
