I would actually give it 4.9 stars, but of course that's not an option. Thing is, I paid for 8,294,400 pixels and only 8,294,399 of them worked. I probably wouldn't look for anything other than such a great display, but perfection comes at a price. Some of this other feedback about trying to use the menu baffles me. I never needed it. I just hooked it up to my computer with a DisplayPort cable and sat back to watch some of the incredible 4K video. BTW, thanks to the dead pixel policy (I don't know if it's ViewSonic or Revain but it doesn't matter to me) I'm printing this on my brand new screen. A bit awkward, but now I don't have a distracting dead pixel in the middle of the screen. The built-in speakers aren't great, but I was thankful for SOMETHING while waiting for my speaker system to arrive. If your computer and internet connection can't handle it, then this monitor isn't necessary. But if they can I don't think you will be disappointed with the experience.
