This fan is not so bad. I like that you can place almost any device on it and tilt it. I use this to cool down my switcher which gets very hot. It doesn't keep the Switch cold, but warm enough that I don't have to wait for it to cool down before putting it away. I don't like that the fan has colors. You don't actually see it because your device is blocking it, but taking your device off changes the RGB colors. It is impossible to disable them.
