Mixed feelings about this article.

What I received was not what was shown. I didn't have time to return it before the trip. So I saved it and used it. It worked. Seems pretty difficult to make. We survived pretty decent rain and everything stayed dry. I used my own ratchet straps instead of the straps made on the bag. They seemed a little light to keep everything secure. In general, the bag is not bad, but I need the one in the photo.
