What I received was not what was shown. I didn't have time to return it before the trip. So I saved it and used it. It worked. Seems pretty difficult to make. We survived pretty decent rain and everything stayed dry. I used my own ratchet straps instead of the straps made on the bag. They seemed a little light to keep everything secure. In general, the bag is not bad, but I need the one in the photo.

This product was not only waterproof but also dustproof. We camped in the Arizona and California deserts for 5 weeks and never had any problems other than a slightly fiddly zipper (difficult to open around the corners). I highly recommend this product but the user has to consider the weight and stiffness of the product which seems necessary to be so durable, waterproof and dustproof.

This is a very good product. The size is perfect and the soft sides allow you to put whatever you want inside. Water resistance is as advertised, I've had a good salt spray from midwest winter roads, but the contents were dry and contained no salt. The side pockets feel comfortable. The bag is thick and well built, with strong zippers and just thick enough to stand up when empty and not fold up on its own. Pros: zippers, size, waterproof. Cons: Straps are weak.

Just received the Apex Rage CSBG-60 and used it on a 1200 mile round trip. I was able to fit all the luggage for 3 adults and 4 children in a 60"L x 20"W x 17-21"H. I still had room for more. Update: just got back from a 1900 mile trip. Used the extension. Despite the 90 degree heat, frost and heavy rain, it held up perfectly and kept everything dry!
