We hired them because of the lead generation feature. Our dealership does mostly used cars and used car dealerships use CarNow to generate leads from potential customers. It was simple to set up and once we had our user base, we were generating leads at a rate we could handle. It was a great tool to add to our arsenal of lead generation tools. I really liked how they handled customer service when it came time to do maintenance on our account. They always kept me updated as to what steps needed to be taken and when everything would happen.
