Firstly the device works perfectly. However, I'm baffled at how someone can't tell people how to set up the device. They talk about the features of the device, but how the heck are people supposed to look at the features if they haven't been told how the device works? They talk back two or three pages about getting the sensors to talk to the device, and then it's grossly inadequate.1. Insert batteries into the main unit only. You need a total of 9 AAA batteries.2. Press the channel button on the channel you want to program. Each sensor is marked with the numbers 1, 2 and 3.3. Press and hold the channel button until the selected channel flashes on the device.4. Insert batteries into the desired sensor.5. The sensor flashes red briefly.6. After a few seconds, the activated channel will show temperature and humidity.
