What really amazes me is that I can control the temperature/humidity in my barn fattening workshop from across my house. They talk about the features of the device, but how the heck are people supposed to look at the features if they haven't been told how the device works? This arrived the next day and I had no problem with the remote being recognized by the base (apparently my instructions have been updated to require the batteries to be installed in the remotes before the batteries are installed in the base). . We bought this to control the temperature in different parts of our trailer in winter. We attached the main body to the wall when you enter the trailer. Three sensors went: one to our bedroom, one to the outdoor shower to monitor the outside temperature, and the last to the "basement," a large storage room accessed through two side doors of the trailer.
