I like how easy it makes things to go back through all your invoices with only one click! You can use this tool both in-house or via software as an outsourcer - very flexible solution compared to other applications out there which either cost too much (for small businesses) or are not available at low enough prices / free when used within limited licence terms ("try before you buy&" approach). A little bit more expensive than competitors products if using internal licences however benefits make up by speed/efficiency gains from having so many functions built into 1 product vs separate solutions etc.
