I think it's too much money ($15) for a piece of plastic. I paid the same amount for a metal frame. I like the way it looks, just worried about how long it will last. I didn't want to overtighten for fear of breaking the plastic. I received it pretty quickly. The most important thing for me was getting a frame that would allow me to see my circle and paid registration plaque. I was pulled over using my other license plate number and the officer told me it was illegal.
