Easy installation. The rubber dart fell off after a few days of use and yes I tightened the metal around the rubber. I took the door brush off to reattach the rubber after gluing it on so it doesn't happen again. The problem was that the door brush bent when I tried to get it off the door because I used tape and screwed it on too. I would not recommend this product, but if you buy it, stick the rubber to the metal before installing.
