Very good customer service and good support for the product
The process was easy to understand as well very flexible in terms how we can use their system even when our budget wasn't enough! We had some issues with quality control which needs more improvement but otherwise I think they're doing great work so far (especially if you need help choosing between different providers).
Definitely go through all options before finalizing your choice - there are many companies out here who just want money without providing good customer support afterwards ;) If price isn’t an issue then look at other solutions first because this one might not be worth investing time/money right now considering everything else available online these days. Our team has been working remotely since March 13th across 14 European countries using Asta's API integration tool called X2GoTranslate allowing us fast translations via webhooks & APIs.
- Great variety for language pairs, including free ones.
- Wide range from basic beginner languages up until advanced professional level translation requirements; both general translator services like CAT&T or individual freelancers looking forward into full project management service such Fiverr does provide today is possible within same platform too by enlisting 3rd party translators
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
