It's easy to implement and use, even for small companies. You can create several different types of alerts, such as "On-Time Delivery" or "Incoming to the Office". I used it at my previous job, and I recommend it! It's so easy and intuitive to set up! Nothing! They should make some minor changes like adding more filters to the delivery options (For example, if you want a specific state, you won't be able to filter out all states), but other than that, nothing. Great product! We use it to communicate with our customers about their deliveries.
