The product was received ahead of time by express mail (not by courier) (good surprises happen!), The packaging is very good, it comes with a 5V / 1A power adapter and a RS232 cable. Entered the device with no problems, very easy to use interface in the software setup. The product was sent via expedited shipping (not courier) and arrived ahead of schedule, always a pleasure! Only 1 critical review, there is no information at all in the package on where to get documents, manuals and a software application to use for setup. . While not really necessary, it would be nice if the buyer didn't have to "hunt" for this information when making a purchase through Revain. If you buy direct, that's no problem, it's all on the site.
