Bought these bags as a retirement gift for our dad. We have a big family and in the camp we often play many games on several boards at the same time during the day. We just built a new set of boards and were very happy to find these bags at Revain. When we brought them in, everyone at the party commended how amazing they looked and felt! Everyone was happy to give them the toss. However, once we started playing, one of the pockets ripped at the seam almost immediately. We sewed it by hand and the game went on. An hour later the second bag was torn at the seam. As this is a gift and not the cheapest bags EVERYONE was very disappointed. I contacted their support team, explained our situation and expressed my frustration. The next morning I received an email that they would be sending new bags to replace the damaged ones. We corresponded a few more times and I sent them photos of the damaged bags. After 3 days our new bags arrived at the house. We've trained them and they're holding up great. Like the other originals we got. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will buy again. Your customer service has been GREAT and now that we have received the new bags they are holding up great.
