No connection to the VGA port is established!

Not very happy with it. VGA connection is not suitable. Tried and tried connecting this to 2 different laptops and VGA will not connect! The VGA connector is not included in the output. Female VGA out, the same one I used the VGA monitor (which is still plugged in) on a laptop. Finally managed to use VGA USB port together with VGA HDMI port (Laptop USB Converter to VGA USB Converter, VGA Converter to VGA Converter to HDMI Converter, HDMI Converter to HDMI converter on the TV) and it finally works. I have to use 2 USB ports to power them and cables are scattered everywhere. Tell me about the scenic route lol.
