SHOT, no contact!

I received my order today and both pieces don't have rubber dust caps! Even the packaging says the dust cover is pre-installed, it's not! I'm stuck in a dead end and can't finish the work now, who can I contact about this? I need 2 rubber boots for Moog K6509 NOW!
