BEWARE OF THIS ROUTER AND NETGEAR. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU BUT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Take care and stay away from this router and Netgear. This is a trap and it will take you a lot of time on the phone to get help and they will take your $$ without answering the problem. I've been having problems with this router since June 18th. You have 3 months of technical support. Luckily I was within 3 months. My system was broken and needed a new router. Netgear promised to send me a new product within a week. I paid for RMA shipping and expedited shipping within a week, it was June 18th. They charged CC fast, not a new product. I called Netgear 3 to 4 times a week and kept each call at least 2 hours. If only I could show you my cell phone log from Netgear. I seriously get people from India who are useless. "Yes Mama. Sorry to hear that, etc.” The American company trained her well to say these repetitive things. Netgear left a voicemail that I can't reply to and an email that I can't reply to. A useless way of contacting a customer. I am beyond annoyed, frustrated and mad at Netgear. The more I read about Orbi, the more I see that many customers have had the same issues as me. I'm still waiting for a replacement router. If that replacement router doesn't work, this is the last straw for Netgear. Imagine your kids are watching something on iPad, Netflix or anything that requires WiFi and it goes offline 3-4 times a week. Unacceptable and unprofessional Netgear service - Dumbgear provides. TO ANOTHER COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO FURTHER TO NETGEAR. YOUR AID WILL BE OUTSOURCED TO INDIA. CHEAP SERVICE, YOU WILL GET CHEAP REPLACEMENT HELP (THOSE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND AND DON'T RECEIVE A DIRECT ANSWER). THEY WILL CONTINUE TO ASK ABOUT YOUR CC. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU WILL FACE MANY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. SAVE YOUR ZUMIA AND TIME, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
