Basic set for emergencies
If you don't have any tools (just starting to learn to put stuff together, first house, etc.) , this is a good basic set of a lot of tools. The quality is nothing to get excited about but they will work for basic simple repairs or assembly. Later you will probably get some better ones for stuff you use a lot but these will work for now and sometimes just having the right size of wrench is super important. It is a good basic set for general home use.
