I wear these in my normal lob piercings daily without taking out. They are sturdy and have survived continuous abuse in the form of on and off motorcycle helmet on the daily! They never come off and they haven’t broken like others! My ears will also get infected with anything not 925 s.silver and these have been great! No gems have fallen out and I’ve used these for months
