10/16/2017: Dremel sent me a package today and I received a box of new parts which contained all the missing parts. If you receive this with missing parts, the left box (2610032053) is the one with the missing parts. I only had 3 or 4, the replacement had all 17. Upgraded to 4 stars for a quick response from the manufacturer. I hope when you order you will receive all items. If not, take stock and contact Dremel. Hope this helps 10/12/2017: 2 emails sent to Dremel customer service via their website. So far there is no answer. We hope to receive an email confirmation soon and a notification that the missing parts will be forwarded. The outer packaging has been removed and the tool box opened. The top compartment had a tool, a manual, and a few attachments. There were a few more attachments in the box plus (2) boxes of accessories. The boxes had a white sticker with a barcode on the holes, so again new and not tampered with. The box on the left is almost empty, the box on the right is almost completely filled with all grinding and chipping accessories. The boxes were opened and the contents checked to ensure they matched the packaging. Missing Accessories 107, 191, 7103, 560, 561, 454, 455, 84922, 8193, 421, 403, 428, 150, 490. It looks like the left box was completely lost and sealed for shipping ( good quality control). Attached photos. Many similar reviews about missing accessories. Email Dremel directly with details so I hope these accessories can be sent to me. The tool itself was tested, there were several Dremel, there are no complaints. I ordered a kit for the cost and case. Not having that many accessories is pretty bad. Follow-up and rating increase when Dremel responds quickly.
