Review on 🍓 Ultimate CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 Starter Kit: Complete Desktop Experience with 8GB RAM by Kendra Barnes

Took me about 5 minutes to unbox and assemble the desktop system. After the build, I powered it on and logged onto my network using a keyboard and mouse, after which the OS installation began. When the installation was complete and I was ready to move on to the next step, the system did not respond to the keyboard or mouse. I immediately assumed I had a basic Raspbian operating system installed, so I reformatted the SD card and reinstalled NOOBS. When I tried to log into my network, the system did not respond to the keyboard or mouse. Tried swapping keyboard/mouse to another USB port, no change. I then unplugged the mouse from the keyboard and plugged it into the USB port and the mouse worked but the keyboard didn't work. I changed the USB cable and the keyboard still worked online. Then I tried another USB keyboard and this keyboard didn't work. Once I had a working keyboard and mouse combination, I booted the system. I notified CanaKit immediately (it was Sunday) and today Monday around 1:30pm I received a reply telling me my required order number and they will place an order to replace the faulty keyboard. Yes I will be purchasing another CanaKit as the product is everything I imagined but it is a lot easier to get up and running than I expected and I have found CanaKit to be a good supplier.
