Old stock with no warranty not original

I bought this disc for the DVR, it's very slow. Advertised with a 1 year factory warranty, this drive is marked as 2013 stock. I entered the serial number on the Toshiba warranty website, the Toshiba website says NON HDD SN and there is no factory warranty. This drive is badly garbled and appears to be fake and also looks like a generic drive with my Win 7 OS. Buy it at your own risk, it's junk in my opinion.
