I received the product as promised, I found that I did not notice that in the package there were screws that were all sheet metal I needed two of them be one machine. I notified this vendor because they were kind enough to let me know if I need anything to improve/fix the installation, they will help. They did as promised and more. I sent a photo of the bolts I had and they commented that the bolts would be too short when fitted to my machine. They offered a different length and it was right for the money. Got different screws with a few more. All of this was at their expense. The picture shows the items that were left after I fixed my setup. I will definitely use them in the future.
