I have used it in the kitchen next to the stove and in the bathroom when bathing and showering. In the kitchen area of 200 sqm. The bathroom is 100 square meters. Feet was removed a small amount of water. I have never poured more than an inch of water into the reservoir after turning it on about 3 hours of use. harsh reviewer because I have 2 large dehumidifiers in my attic because I need a soffit and ridge vent after a remodel by an incompetent contractor. I would recommend buying a larger block.
