Felt Bought to fit the end of a free scraper I used to apply auto vinyl. Packaging/delivery: Nothing special. The product came in a plastic bag. I might have been concerned that loose parts would bend or lose their support, but I didn't encounter that. Quality: I would say this is a decent quality felt. It passed the most important scratch resistance test. When you're laying vinyl, the worst thing you can do is scratch it. The felt slides over the vinyl with no problems. My main complaint relates to the quality. It's very thin and the dose of glue doesn't stick too well. If someone is doing a large area, it would be advisable to buy extra. This is the main reason for losing a star. All in all: a decent product for vinyl work. The vinyl didn't hurt, but it didn't last long either. Great product for beginners because of the low price.
