I purchased this product in 2017 and it performed exactly as we had hoped and provided additional charging ports and outlets in our small bedroom. It worked great until it broke. As early as April, about 3 years after buying the power strip, the USB ports stopped working and shortly afterwards it caught fire when we were out of the house. We lost everything. The police report states that we used the loading tower as intended - we did nothing wrong; However, a short circuit occurred in the tower and it caught fire. This might have been an accident but I felt compelled to post this review as a word of caution should anyone wish to purchase this item.
