Missing parts! But I didn't need it

Mounting bracket is missing! Luckily I didn't intend to use it for my setup, I used a strong velcro on the dashboard. If I had planned to use a mounting bracket, I would not have been able to complete the installation. So far the controller itself is great but there are too many other reviews mentioning missing parts as well. The seller must understand this.
