Bought this for my daughter to take family photos. She looked so cute in it, it fits perfectly and she still has some room to wear it for a year or two before she passes it on to her little sister. The material is excellent, does not rub the skin and does not cause itching. She is a real girl and loves to dress up. Worth wearing it many times.
