Atolla contacted me after checking and offered to refund part of my purchase price so I could buy a charging cable and case. I was very impressed with their offer and attempt to allay my concerns. The charging box is well made of aluminum and the data transfer is very fast thanks to the USB3.0 connection. If you need a small, compact travel hub, this is a great option. If you only want to use it for desktop, Atolla has a few other bigger great options (I have one) that might suit you better. All in all, Atolla is a quality company. The photo on the Revain website shows this hub with the power cord plugged in. When you get the hub, it has a slot for plugging in a power cord, but no cord is included. The power cord and charger need to be purchased by yourself. This significantly increases the cost of this device. The cable is also too short, making it difficult to access the two USB 3.0 ports on the back. The two slots on the front are easily accessible. The hub is well made and looks very solid. I wish Atolla placed the 2 USB 3.0 ports on the top of the device rather than the back of the device.
