I was very happy with this bike carrier. The instructions left a lot to be desired, but it's a pretty simple design so it didn't really matter. Everything was assembled and when I went to attach the hitch part I noticed that not all the holes were drilled. Luckily my stepdad had the tools to cut through thick metal, but it still hurt and delayed our bike ride. Also, some of the nuts that attach to the bolts aren't tight enough to hold everything in place, so I had to replace them with my own. Otherwise, it's not a bad bike rack. I think if you decide to buy this make sure all the holes have been drilled before assembling.
