Worked well for my opinion

Built a foldup desk top out of 3/4" plywood. Approx 5' wide and 3' deep. Two brackets hold it up. I use it as a stand-up desk for sorting papers. so I'm not putting a lot of pressure on the edge and creating a long moment-arm. But the brackets are sturdy enough to support something that big, and go up and down easily. Do be extra cautious, I put a fold-down leg near the front edge, but don't have to use it for my purposes. No trouble with installation

The sleek design of these brackets means they won't look out of place in any workspace or garage

May take some practice to get the hang of folding and unfolding
