I purchased these headphones on AliExpress in the middle of December and barely connected the microphone. According to what was written on the forum, you need to insert the jack into the headphones all the way to the stop in order for the microphone to work properly. The microphone was in working order. After a month, there was no longer any sound coming from the left earpiece at all. Replaced within the terms of the warranty in January of 2022. When the wire that was connected to the microphone switch passed away in March, it caused the microphone to stop functioning. After the wire was replaced, the microphone resumed normal operation. Beginning in June, the right earpiece only seldom provided sound, and when it did, it was significantly muffled in comparison to the sound coming from the left earpiece. This morning, November 1st, 2022, the right earpiece passed away totally. refunded the money that was paid for it. The bottom line is that in order for me to purchase headphones from this company at least once more, all of the headphones that I have previously owned (HyperX, Sony, and Sennheiser) must have lasted for at least two years or even longer. Sony is still alive, but outwardly they have a condition that is extremely sad. Sennheiser headphones must have also lived for at least two years (about 5 years old already headphones). On the other hand, Logitech's non-gaming mice are not put to death under any circumstances. I am unable to comprehend why there is such a disparity in the quality offered by a single organization. Strongly discourage going on with the purchase. Examine additional businesses, such as the HyperX company that you are already familiar with.
