I am very surprised by this little machine. I cooked about 100 pounds of meat and it took just under three hours to cut, mince and vacuum seal. This little machine is a monster and hasn't caused any clogging problems. I think it got clogged twice when too many tendons went through, but it was easy to take apart quickly without removing all the flesh. From above, the sleek design looks beautiful on my counter and has caught the attention of several guests. The button is very simple, nothing more. Assembly was a breeze! The chopper is divided into three major components. Machine, tray and section holding the blade. Inside the blade is a spiral breaker, a blade and a plate with holes that slide into each other very easily. I could take this thing apart and put it back together in seconds, and the best part is that the blade comes out without having to remove the tray, leaving the meat without much touching. EFFORTLESS CLEANING. I just rinsed it out and used a baby bottle brush to clean the soap tube, but the thing washed out with no cleaning required. The machine isn't too loud, it reminds me of a tiny car compressor or a slow-running hair dryer. I've found the component to heat up with use for some time so I recommend stopping to take a breather, but this stuff cut through my beef like butter and made a nice burger. My final recommendations are for the price this baby is amazing. I don't know how it will behave with bones and I have no intention of using it for this purpose. Looking at it that way, I probably wouldn't have tried investing in the commercial version at the time. Finally, before each use, turn on the machine without any objects and drizzle some lettuce or olive oil into it. I've found that if a lot of fat happens it helps, it doesn't put as much stress on the engine.
