Can't honestly rate the tech support as I've never had to use it! Installing the disk and the application to use it is very simple. This hard drive is intended for novice users who want to back up their movie and other random files. If you want to stream your own videos and shows, this system may not be for you. With the new baby, we had amassed 1,000 photos on our phones and didn't want to pay Google or Apple to store them for the next ten years at the expense of a server subscription. If your photos are already organized into albums on your phone, you have an organized Apollo cloud. If not, you must take a long time to upload them to a folder system. All in all, a great system at a good entry-level price. Also, from the cost of the monthly subscription to the cost of the device, it still hasn't made it worth the cost, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
