Review on MICHELIN X-Ice North 4 215/65 R17 103T winter by NG Stone ᠌

What a horrible quality, wasted money for nothing.

I purchased tires two years ago, skated for two seasons, and the average mileage was 20 to 30.000 km each year, or no more than 15.000 km during the winter and additional epidemic. The new Actyon from SsangYong has all-wheel drive, thereby eliminating slippage. The rear wheels look good, while the front ones appear to have been partially ripped out but not totally torn off. The way you drive is reasonable. Around February 2022, around the conclusion of the second year of operation, the car started to shake uncontrollably when being driven. Premium tires were the last thing I had in mind, but they were exactly what the problem was. The left front wheel has an apparent "egg" on it. Since I was certain that this was a factory flaw, I stored them on disks in the garage during the summer. In the fall, it was discovered that I had a 3.8 mm tread residue rather than the required four, and as a result, I was denied a guarantee. On the second front wheel, which cord rose without an egg. When I returned the tires under warranty, I was well aware of this. I paid 6,000 (215 / 65r16) for them when they were still reasonable, but today one wheel costs at least 11,200. Make your own judgment about whether it is worthwhile to pay twice as much for tires of average quality.

Pros
  • You believe that the branded rubber will last for many years, placebo.
